BOOKKEEPER

$35-$40 per hour
Flexibility to choose a 3, 4 or 5 day week

About the Role

Our Bookkeeper will be a steady, clear-thinking member of our bookkeeping team. You’ll support our other bookkeepers, guide clients toward clarity, and keep processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Handling day-to-day bookkeeping and financial reporting for your client portfolio

  • Coordinating workflows and job allocations in Karbon (out practice management program)

  • Communicating proactively with clients to avoid issues before they escalate

  • Supporting our bookkeeping team with your knowledge and understanding of your craft

  • Updating and refining processes and systems for better efficiency when required

  • Stepping in to support when others are at capacity or unavailable
